If a document will not upload, or you are not sure whether something arrived, telephone the office rather than emailing it through. That is faster than either of us guessing.
There is still a telephone and a fax machine.
Not every document needs an account. A quick question, a notice you want read aloud to you, or a signature page can go the older routes, and both are still connected.
